An absolutely amazing set of photos by Bruno Dayan. Each photo has a dreamlike quality to it that embraces a world of fashion, nature, and everyday settings. I like the unique use of bokeh elements that also helps to create the illusion of a watery atmosphere. Don't forget to check the rest of his photos.
What happens when you give a bunch of hipsters glow in the dark paint? You get this series by Guillaume Kayacan. There are definitely some cool and interesting photos in this playful series. You can check out the full series on Behance.
You might have seen Marilyn Monroe in our first TImeless Beauty post. This time we bring to you the one and only Audrey Hepburn.
Xavier Jamonet is a photographer from Southeatern France. His style features bold saturated colors, high contrasts and a crisp/clear look. I hope he continues to travel and show us the great landscapes Earth has to offer.
Oliver Morris masterfully blends photos of women with beautiful shots of nature to create some great double exposures. His subjects look like they are completely in touch with nature. It almost makes me want to go outside, haha.
These shots by Aoki are interesting and wonderfully simple. They are essentially the same shot: a person in the distance while the background converges at the horizon, but they are all remarkably interesting in their own right. I look forward to seeing more from Aoki in the future.
Some beautiful shots of bridges and cities by New York City based photographer Andrew Mace. He sure has a way of making everything seem beautiful and interesting. Make sure to check out his website to see some cool information about his photos and things he's learned along the way.
There's an amazing sense of wonder in this series by Gabriela Camerotti. Each shot is intertwined with a photo of the galaxy, which enforces the idea of exploring the universe around us.
What do you think she was trying to convey when making these images?
Wow. That is the word that comes to mind when I see Mikko Lagerstedt's photos. Mikko is an incredibly talented, self taught, photographer who only started taking photos in December of 2008. I wish I could share every photo he has taken because they are all that good. Each one is well composed, has an amazing atmosphere, and incredible lighting. You could get lost for hours browsing his photostream.
Barbara Cole's Painted Ladies series blurs the line between paintings and photographs. Influenced by a painting by Lucien Freud, she began experimenting with an SX-70 Polaroid camera to perfect her technique. She created these photos by playing with studio lighting and manipulating the surface image to add dimension and the painterly quality.
